What we collect

1. Usernames & User IDs

We collect usernames & user IDs in order to issue moderations, roles and monitor the security of our protected servers.

2. Command usages

We monitor our command usages and the usages of the buttons within our commands (e.g. verification button attempts) to track metrics of growth, usage and security of our protected servers and network as a whole.

3. Message content & DM content

A. We collect all message content within servers we serve in order to effectively secure our protected servers (using out filters and logs).

B. We collect all DMs sent to our bot to enable us to support members when needed. We also log all DMs sent to our bot.

4. Discord server information

We collect discord server IDs, Server names and membercounts of our servers to effectively serve them, collect metrics on server activity and growth and ensure adherence with our server ToS

5. Public information

We may collect and log other public information found on discord or protected servers.

6. Email Addresses

We may collect your email address if you verify to appear on your profile, this data must be given voluntary we will never collect your email without you inputting it, on your own.

7. CyberShieldAI Prompts

Prompts sent to CyberShieldAI may be used to train Google's models along with us logging them to track abuse, data sent to Google's models ofc is stored and kept safe by Google.

How we protect that data

1. trust in our host

The service that hosts our bot is subscribed to the highest standards of data protection.

2. How we will share your data

A. Bot management may see your data to better develop and manage Cybershield as a whole.

B. Protected server owners & admins may request certain logs to maintain a level of communication and trust between us and our protected servers.

C. The bot itself will of course access the stored data to ensure proper function of the bot and its security and integrity.

Don't want your data collected?

1. Server owners & admins

You may stop us from collecting data from your servers by kicking the bot from the server.

2. Users of protected servers

You may stop us from collecting data by leaving all protected servers and not interacting with the bot via DMs or command usage.
